Only the most suitable, resilient materials are used to ensure strength, performance and appearance.

State of the art manufacturing techniques, like CNC machining, laser cutting and robotic MIG welding are used in the production process for accuracy and perfect fit.

Brackets are made from high tensile steel alloy for great strength and minimal weight. Bolts are high tensile, de-embrittled, zinc plated and clear chromated.

In almost all applications 7075 T6511 aircraft grade aluminium is used for its high tensile strength.

The plastic used in the sliders is Acetal for excellent abrasion resistance, strength and attractive machined finish. All components are fully finished for corrosion resistance and durability as well as a pleasing appearance.
